Returns and exchanges
All returns & exchanges are issued as store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, all panties and thongs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, due to the intimate nature of the garment.
Bras may be returned for store credit within 14 days of your ship date for U.S. orders, at this time we do not ship internationally, follow us on socials for updates as we launch in new countries.
A return fee is deducted from your store credit: $15 for U.S. returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store credit expires 90 days after it is issued.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items showing any sign of wear, including stains, body odor, makeup, deodorant, or self-tanner transfer, will not be accepted. Please take care when trying on, as these transfer easily.
Every return is reviewed individually, and final eligibility is determined at our discretion.
If a final sale item is sent back to us, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

Start your return in our returns portal using your order number and the email address you ordered with. Select the item you are returning and follow the instructions to print your prepaid label. Please do not ship anything back without starting a return first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Yes, on bras, for U.S. orders. Start a return in the portal and select your new size. If your size is not listed it is sold out, and you can take store credit instead. Panties and thongs are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Not directly. Return the original bra for store credit and place a new order for the piece you want.
That is on us. Email orders@brokenrosary.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you. No fee, and we cover return shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back.
